How much does a memorial piece of jewelry cost?

Prices start at €25. Because every piece of jewelry is unique, the final price depends on your wishes. We will agree on these together before I begin. As soon as I have received your materials, I will send you a payment link. Once payment is received, I will get to work for you.

How long does it take?

The delivery time depends on your requirements and is between 5 and 10 working days, starting from the moment payment is received.

How do I send the materials?

You will send the materials to me yourself, in sturdy packaging. You can send ashes in a small tube or a well-sealed container, for example. Shipping costs are at your own expense. You may choose to insure the shipment. The amount of material required depends on the piece of jewelry. We will discuss this in advance.

I can only receive and return ashes within the Netherlands and Belgium. If you live in another country, I can process other keepsakes for you, such as fur, a lock of hair, or dried flower petals.

What happens to material that is not used?

Everything I do not process, I will send back carefully packaged with your piece of jewelry.

Can I cancel or return my order?

A memorial piece of jewelry is made especially for you. Once you have approved the commission, it is therefore fully custom-made and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. If you have any questions or doubts, please feel free to contact me first.
