Refund policy

At Gifts by Jet we want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, we are happy to help you.

Time for reflection

You have 14 days to return a purchase without giving any reason, starting from the day you received the product.

How do you return?

Send an email to info@giftsbyjet.nl with:

• Your name and order number
• Which product you want to return
• Reason (not mandatory, but good to know)

We will respond within 2 working days with further instructions.

Conditions for return

• The product is unused and undamaged
• The product is if possible in the original packaging
• The return will be sent no later than 14 days after your notification

Repayment

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs in case of return

The return shipping costs are for your account.

Exception: customization

Personal gifts made especially for you (custom made to order) cannot be returned. This applies to all products where the order indicates that it is a personalized product. This will be clearly stated and confirmed when ordering.

Received damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@giftsbyjet.nl with a photo of the product. We provide a suitable solution: replacement, repair or refund.
