1. General

These terms of service apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the webshop of Gifts by Jet, located in Bilthoven, the Netherlands (CoC: 42031811).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Offer and prices

All prices on our website include VAT. Gifts by Jet reserves the right to change prices and assortment. An agreement is concluded the moment you receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the payment process. In case of late payment, Gifts by Jet reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery

Gifts by Jet strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation in case of exceeding. For more information, see our shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Please refer to our return and refund policy for the full procedure.

6. Liability

Gifts by Jet is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to improper use of products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

7. Privacy

Gifts by Jet processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be submitted via info@giftsbyjet.nl. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days. In the event of disputes, you can also contact the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Applicable law

Only Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Central Netherlands.
